Electric Safari's 21st Anniversary

Lights, Animals, and Holiday Spirit!

The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is excited to celebrate 21 years of holiday lights and winter family fun at Electric Safari! Over one million sparkling lights illuminate crisp winter nights, including over 40 animated light sculptures. Warming fires throughout the Zoo offer a reprieve from the chill, as do select indoor animal exhibits that remain open during the event. And if you haven't seen the city's lights from the Zoo at night, you're in for a double treat!

Survivor Benefit Plan

SURVIVOR BENEFIT PLAN (SBP): Retiring! Hard to believe, isn't it? After all these years you and your family are about to leave active duty to enjoy a well-earned life in the civilian world. Right now your mind is filled with thoughts of the many things you must do to prepare for this major change. The move to and setting up of a new home; new neighbors and schools; a new job -- all these things demand time and attention. But before they get you too wrapped up, there's ONE decision you must make before you retire that will last for the rest of your life -- and beyond! Prior to retiring, you will have a chance to enroll in the SBP.

For more information, please contact Mr. Kevin Mitchel (SBP Counselor) of 50 FSS/FSFR at 567-4037 or at Kevin.Mitchell@schriever.af.mil.
